• Team leader for statutory audit of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited Group for 2 years along with reporting to group auditors for Etisalat, UAE.
• Feasibility study, business plan and investor teaser for 300 bed speciality hospital in Islamabad having total investment cost of around Rs. 2 billion and for green field telemedicine project in Pakistan (SehatYab).
• Involved as team leader in various transaction advisory assignments with deal size ranging from USD 5 million to USD 1.2 billion.
• Compilation and preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements for various clients under IFRS and local GAAP.

The experience primarily relates to conducting feasibility and market studies, financial modelling and analysis, buy side due diligence, share valuation, transaction structuring, pre-merger advisory etc. and writing reports/deliverables for clients and presenting the same to senior management.
3. Extensive experience in preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, local GAAP and other reporting frameworks.
4. Well versed with revenue assurance activities of telecommunication companies (End to end recons, network integrity testing, tariff testing, provisioning alignment) and industry specific accounting areas like Multiple Element Arrangements, Subscriber Acquisition Costs, IRUs, Gross Vs Net presentation, Impairment of network assets & intangibles etc.
5. Conducted risk assessment and internal control validation and improvement assignments for public and private sector organizations. Planned and performed various forensic assignments and executed specialized fraud detection procedures.
